I can't really rate the item because I was never really able to use it. The people were wonderful, I got it in a timely manner, and when I went to install the driver, realized it wasn't compatible with Vista 64 bit system. It states its compatible with Vista, but doesn't state it's not with the 64 bit operating version of Vista. Amazon has been made aware, but hasn't updated their info yet, so I'm letting everyone know so they don't end up like me having to send it back.

it works great, except for when i pulled it outta the package, it comes with a sticky tape thing that u peel the paper off, and it'll stick to a desk or wall or something. i pulled the paper thingy off, and the glue crumbled like pound cake. there was no stickiness to it, so now it wont stick to anything. it does work tho which is good.
